Managing Director / Owner
Harley is one of Australia’s most respected and experienced ticketing executives. He has worked for many of the big names in live events, including Ticketek, Fulham Football Club and Dainty Consolidated Entertainment. His 15 years of experience with major music, sport and theatrical events have included C-level responsibilities for team leadership, planning, business development & commercial operations and venue & event management. Harley is also renowned for building strong customer relationships and for his contributions to the ticketing industry. He has a passion for culture within an organisation and this remains a key priority for him at The Ticket Group.
Owner / Managing Director
Previously Finance Director of News Digital Media for 10 years, Vanessa oversaw moshtix for the duration of the News ownership. With her significant experience in finance and operations across defence, manufacturing, FMCG and media industries, Vanessa was acutely aware of the potential of moshtix and became a principal investor as The Ticket Group. Vanessa brings with her over 15 years of Management experience and 8 years leading strategic commercial teams.
Event Services and Business Solutions Manager
As Event Services Manager, Simon’s role is to ensure that moshtix’s major events across Australia are delivered efficiently and smoothly. With his Business Solutions Manager hat on, his role is to work with the moshtix team as well as existing and prospective clients to devise solutions that fulfil the opportunities for each client event. He has been in these joint roles for the past seven years.
Prior to moshtix Simon owned and operated a small business that has provided him with first-hand experience in developing scalable solutions to meet client’s needs.He has promoted events of his own and confesses that in his high school years he spent more time working with the performing arts department doing lighting, sound and other backstage roles, rather than going to class. Simon enjoys DJ’ing as a hobby and has played several sets at club nights and raves over the years.
Client Services Team Leader
Kimberley has worked in the entertainment industry for the past 14 years. She joined moshtix in early 2010 as a Relationship Manager to assist with delivery of Splendour In The Grass and has been with the company ever since. She oversees the delivery of client services, customer service and the Client Relationship Team nationally.
Kim says she is lucky to not only manage a number of moshtix’s biggest clients, but also one of the strongest teams of Relationship Managers in the industry. She previously worked at Ticketek from 1999-2008 and Qjump (Splendour In The Grass) from 2008-2010. Her motivation is providing customers and clients with the best possible service, something she thinks moshtix does better than anyone in the ticketing industry!
Lachlan manages the building and delivery of moshtix’s tech and software services and has held the role for the past two years. He also leads the development team in solving problems - sometimes with software solutions and other times with an alternative way of thinking.
His previous roles have included eviivo, a successful hotel-bookings start-up based in London where he led the technology team from the outset. He also worked as a lead developer at Docscorp, a document management start-up servicing large enterprise clients, and at Solution 6 / MYOB as a senior software developer.
Creative Services Manager
As Creative Service Manager Kelly has a variety of responsibilities including managing the user experience and user interface of moshtix’s digital product suite; managing the creative brand aesthetic and style guide; facilitating the product development process; overseeing the production and execution of regular scheduled marketing tasks and management of the creative delivery of promotional material & contracted ticketing products.
With a Bachelor of Visual Arts & Design, Kelly has over 4 years' experience in corporate design.
National Marketing Manager
Prue is responsible for marketing and communications for moshtix and The Ticket Group, focusing on both business and consumer audiences.
With a Bachelor of Arts Communications, Prue has over eight years of marketing experience including the launch of new consumer products, content marketing, e-commerce, sponsorships, PR and social media management.
Commercial Finance Analyst
Sam is responsible for the delivery of moshtix’s internal and client-facing financial operations. His additional responsibilities include supporting moshtix’s client acquisition and retention efforts as well as financial modelling and process review to support the company’s longer-term strategic objectives.
