The Basement

 

The Basement, one of Sydney’s most iconic live music venues, was moshtix’s first client back in 2003 and the partnership is still going strong after 10 years.  In it’s 40th year of operation, The Basement changed ownership prompting a complete review of ticketing capabilities and options in line with the innovative expectations of the new owners. The result of the review was the long term renewal of the relationship with Moshtix. 

The Basement is an intimate venue and requires a high degree of quality in their ticketing partner providing credibility and an exceptional customer experience.  The combination of technology and product innovation that moshtix consistently develop was a key aspect to the partnership.
