Sydney Royal Easter Show

 

The Sydney Royal Easter Show is the biggest event in Australia with just under 1 million visitors over a 14 day period.  With a large volume of pre-sales and a wide range of products, The Sydney Royal Easter Show requires a robust, flexible, online solution that can offer unlimited ticket types with accompanying up-sells and add on features per product, plus a real time, tailored box office solution.  The Royal Agricultural Society utilises our administration desktop portal to operate their own call centre on site in the lead up and for the duration of the show.

Working together with the Royal Agricultural Society, we were able to offer their customers a completely branded experience across the online channels.  Utilising packages and intuitive recommendations, we were able to tailor the purchase process to best promote each of their products and increase sales of ancillary items. 

Providing marketing services to complement their marketing activities, we were able to help The Sydney Royal Easter Show reach new audiences with relevant and timely campaigns. We were also able to facilitate the scanning of Royal Agricultural Society membership cards, carnival ride vouchers and various uses of promo codes allowing tracking and discounting that includes detailed reporting.

Our event staff are some of the best in the business.  The Sydney Royal Easter Show comprises 3 Box Offices, 3 carnival ride voucher redemption booths and 6 entry points.  We provided a full suite of on-site event management staff for the entire duration of the show, ensuring great support for the client and a smooth entry to the event for patrons
